Banana Bread

Eppure, eppure: devo ricredermi!!
Il risultato è stato favoloso ^_^

Ingredienti:
2 banane mature schiacciate
un pizzico di sale
una tazza di farina
1 uovo

Fatemi sapere!!

When my dad came to me with this recipe I made I suck: I really like bananas, but once I tasted a banana split and I felt terrible, probably to one ingredient went to mel ..The fact is that from that day on I never ate a banana cake.
Considering that the banana tastes so sweet, in itself .. In short, I was skeptical.
Yet, yet I must think again!
The result was fabulous ^ _ ^

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas mashed
a pinch of salt
a cup of flour
1 egg
half cup of sugar (raw is better if, otherwise the normal one is fine)
half teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon baking powder
100 g of softened butter (or to make it lighter than a tub of yogurt!)

Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients by hand, and wet in another.
Heat oven to 170 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix quickly.
A classic ingredient are small pieces of hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds and pistachiosas well crumble from above.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until color: Serve in slices or cubes.

Let me know!

  2. Ciao!! ^_^
